The Workorder Processing System available from Network-Technologies is new software written in PHP. Our system enables you to quickly setup a work order/ticket tracking system for as many branches as you need. The program is currently configured for a Computer shop and it handles that task without any problems. Currently these functions are supported: - Add Customers with Billing and/or Shipping Address - Computers checked in are assigned to a Customer - Program creates a special Workorder form to be printed which has a customer signature fields. - The printed work order form has tickets printed at the bottom which can be cut and taped to items. - Computer history by Customer - Full Customer Database Search - Get the status of any ticket with one mouse click. - Steps can be assigned to tickets, Checked, On Bench, Awaiting Call, Ready For Pickup - The Work order form allows you to search all repair tickets for phrases, use it as a solution database - On site Appointment Scheduler
