It handles users and groups management (one user can be assigned to several groups) and provides an API to be easilly integrated into existing websites.
It requires MySQL support and PHP >= 4, is fairly simple to setup and integrate.
A web based administration allows to easilly manage users (creation, modification, deletion) and groups.
