Interface for multiple drives is confusing - runs 2 packages at the same time.
It will truncate all filename, so be careful how you name.
It cannot read the true write speed on a CD/DVD.
Multiple drives of the same type write a varying speeds, unknown reason.
Label maker is nice & works well.
I've been waiting 2 over weeks now for support on software problems.
They keep sending upgrade info emails in lieu of support.
Sometime in January they took their user forum down - reason unknown, won't reply inquiries.
Droppix released a new version on 1/22/07 and offer an upgrade to me for an additional €99
That would be over $465us for this software. (within 30 days of purchase)
Buyer beware - no free upgrade anytime! High cost software for what you get.
I do recommend the labeling software, but cannot recommend the duplication software due to support factors.
